pavilionThe Events Pavilion at the Golden Eco Adventure Ranch is available to rent for a variety of purposes including wedding receptions & ceremonies, anniversaries, musical performances, open houses, movie showings, registrations, dry-land training, meetings, training sessions, workshops, birthday parties and any other social functions.

Hourly Rental for Events Pavilion and Kitchen
• A Damage deposit of $500.00 is required
• $85.00 per hour plus applicable TAX
• Hours available are 9am – 12 midnight
• Events liability insurance is required to secure a reservation

• A Damage deposit of $500.00 is required
• $57.00 per hour plus applicable TAX
• Hours available are 9am – 12 midnight
• Events liability insurance is required to secure a reservation
• Rental of the pavilion only does not include any amenities related to food & drink
24 Hour Package for Pavilion and Kitchen
• A Damage deposit of $500.00 is required
• $1200 plus applicable TAX
• Events liability insurance is required to secure a reservation
• Rental starts at noon and ends at noon on following day (24 hr total)
interior-wedding• Quiet time of 1am applies, doors locked by 2am
• All guests who are not staying in the campground must be off property by 2am
• Guests staying in the campground must return to their sites and adhere to campground rules and quiet times.
Weekend Wedding/Party Package for Pavilion and Kitchen
• A Damage deposit of $500.00 is required
• $2000 plus applicable TAX
• Events liability insurance is required to secure a reservation
• Rental starts at 12 noon on Friday and ends at 12 noon on Sunday (48 hr total)
• Quiet time of 1am applies, doors locked by 2am
• All guests who are not staying in the campground must be off property by 2am
• Guests staying in the campground must return to their sites and adhere to campground rules and quiet times.

Basic Rules & Regulations

  • No staples, tacks or any other items causing markings on the walls, floor, or ceiling are allowed.
  • The cost of replacing or fixing any broken, missing or damaged items or structures will be deducted from the damage deposit.
  • The contents of the pavilion are the responsibility of the renter for the duration of the rental.
  • Failure to adhere to the quiet times will result in the in the forfeiture of the deposit.
  • The renter is responsible for maintaining and cleaning the events pavilion, washrooms, entrances and kitchen (if applicable). Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
