Aviation Rules and Requirements:
ATTENTION
ALL PILOTS, TANDEM PILOTS
AND PASSENGERS
THE NICHOLSON LANDING ZONE IS NOW ONE PORTION OF THE GOLDEN ECO ADVENTURE RANCH.
PERMISSION TO LAND AT THE NICHOLSON LANDING ZONE
REQUIRES ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:
- an informed consent, assumption of risk, and waiver of liability form must be signed by all pilots, tandem instructors, tandem passengers and students before using the lands at the nicholson landing zone for any activity associated with the sport of hang gliding and paragliding.
- all pilots and tandem instructors must have valid hpac insurance.
PERMISSION TO LAND AT THE NICHOLSON LANDING ZONE WILL NOT BE GRANTED IF BOTH OF THE ABOVE CONDITIONS ARE NOT FULFILLED PRIOR TO THE USE OF THE NICHOLSON LANDING ZONE.

Alternately, you may download a PDF copy of the waiver below for printing and signing. Once you have signed (including a witness signature) you may fax the completed waiver to Columbia View Homes Ltd.

PLEASE NOTE: You do not have permission to use the Golden Eco-Adventure Ranch property for any kind of aviation use whatsoever until your fully completed and signed waiver has been received and is on file at the offices of Columbia View Homes Ltd.
